Friday Islamic Boarding Program: Wudu Lesson

The Friday Pesantren activity on learning wudu is a religious development program aimed at increasing students’ understanding of the procedures for purification in Islam. This activity is attended by all students, who receive lessons on wudu as one of the requirements for the validity of performing prayer.

The Friday Pesantren program is held at school every Friday as part of faith and piety development activities. In this activity, teachers explain the meaning of wudu, its pillars and recommended practices, as well as the correct way to perform wudu according to Islamic teachings. In addition to theoretical explanations, students also practice directly to better understand the steps of wudu accurately. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will increase their religious understanding, develop the habit of maintaining cleanliness, and be able to perform worship correctly in their daily lives.
