Human Resource Development Strategies for Library Advancement

The library at Al Azhar 9 Islamic JHS plays an active role in supporting various school literacy activities, including the celebration of Language Month. This event involves students and teachers by featuring inspiring speakers such as Silvarasi, author of "Ada Apa dengan Cinta," and Andromeda Mercury, a news anchor from tvOne. In addition, various literacy activities are also organized, such as wall magazine (mading) competitions and the reading corner program, which are held throughout Language Month at the school. Through these activities, the library contributes to fostering reading interest, creativity, and students’ literacy skills through a range of educational and inspiring activities.
