LDKM: From Alumni to Future Leaders

The Student Basic Leadership Training (LDKM) organized by SMPIA 9 is aimed at shaping students’ character and leadership spirit. This activity is attended by students who are being prepared to become young leaders within the school environment, such as student organization board members and future leaders.

In this LDKM activity, school alumni are also present to share inspiration, experiences, and leadership values they have gained after graduating. The series of activities includes leadership seminars, experience-sharing sessions from alumni, motivational discussions, team-building training, and character and responsibility strengthening as leaders. Through this activity, students are expected to develop communication skills, teamwork, and positive leadership attitudes so they are ready to become the next generation of leaders.
