MUN (Model United Nations)
The MUN (Model United Nations) activity is an educational program participated in by students to simulate sessions of international organizations such as the United Nations (UN). In this activity, students take on the roles of delegates from various countries to discuss global issues such as world peace, the environment, education, and international cooperation. MUN is usually held within the school environment or as part of educational conference forums involving various schools.
Through this activity, students learn how to engage in discussions, debate diplomatically, present arguments, and formulate resolutions to global problems. The MUN activity aims to develop leadership skills, critical thinking, communication, and broaden participants’ global perspectives so they can better understand the dynamics of international relations.
