Parents' Meeting

April 11, 2026

The Parents’ Meeting is an official school agenda aimed at communicating learning programs, evaluating student progress, and delivering important information related to school activities over the course of a semester. This event is attended by the Principal, Vice Principals, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and the parents of students in grades VII, VIII, and IX. It is held at the beginning of the semester as a form of program transparency and to strengthen communication between the school and parents, taking place in the Main Hall of Al Azhar 9 Islamic Junior High School.

This meeting is important to align perceptions regarding learning targets, school regulations, Islamic character-building programs, and the role of parents in supporting their children at home. Good collaboration between school and family is believed to improve students’ overall success. The event begins with an address from the Principal, followed by presentations on the curriculum and student affairs programs, and then a discussion and Q&A session. Parents are also given the opportunity to consult directly with homeroom teachers regarding their children’s academic and behavioral development.
