Rato Jaroe Team of SMP Islam Al Azhar 9 Wins 3rd Place at the Traditional Dance Competition held at SMAN 50 Jakarta

Proud achievement has once again been accomplished by the Rato Jaroe Traditional Dance Team from Al Azhar 9 Islamic Junior High School, which successfully won 3rd Place in a Traditional Dance Competition held at SMAN 50 Jakarta. The competition was participated in by various schools that showcased creativity and teamwork in performing traditional dances from across Indonesia. 

During the competition, the Rato Jaroe team from Al Azhar 9 Islamic Junior High School performed the traditional Acehnese dance with synchronized movements, strong energy, and expressive performances that impressed both the judges and the audience. Through disciplined practice, solid teamwork, and guidance from their extracurricular dance coach, the students were able to deliver an outstanding performance and secure 3rd place.

This achievement proves that students of Al Azhar 9 Islamic Junior High School not only excel academically but also achieve success in the fields of arts and culture. It is hoped that this accomplishment will inspire other students to continue developing their talents and to help preserve Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage through various competitions.
