Teacher Training and Professional Development

Teacher Training and Professional Development is a competency improvement program for educators organized by Al Azhar 9 Islamic JHS. This activity is attended by teachers as an effort to enhance teaching quality, update instructional methods, and strengthen professional abilities in the field of education.

The training is conducted on the school premises and features speakers Mr. Effendi, M.Pd., and Dr. HM. Adin Amin, Lc., MA. The agenda includes learning strategies, training on the use of technology in education, curriculum development discussions, and sessions for sharing best practices among teachers. Through this activity, teachers are expected to improve their pedagogical and professional competencies and be able to implement more innovative and effective teaching methods for students.
