Principal Performance Assessment

The Principal Performance Assessment activity was conducted at SMP Islam Al Azhar 9 as part of the evaluation process to assess the effectiveness of leadership and school management. This assessment involved an evaluation team, school leaders, teachers, students, and stakeholders who played a role in supporting a comprehensive evaluation process.

The activity took place on the school premises through several stages, such as reviewing school administrative documents, observing the implementation of educational programs, evaluating school management, as well as discussions and data verification by the assessment team. The assessment process ran smoothly and demonstrated the school's strong commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of leadership, management, and overall education standards.

Through this activity, the school also expressed appreciation to all parties who contributed to the preparation and implementation of the assessment. It is hoped that the results of this evaluation will serve as motivation for continued growth and maintaining educational excellence.
